  The people have an election .They choose and replace their president through free.There is active participation of the citizens in politics and civic life.There are lots of candidates.There is protection of the human rights .
  There is rule of law , the laws and procedures apply equally to all citizens.
  Citizens vote for the passing /rejecting of laws during elections and join political parties  and criticize or protest.
